Welcome to Kazoolo SportsMate. By accessing or using the Kazoolo SportsMate mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and ***Kazoolo SportsMate SMS Program Terms. 1- Acceptance of Terms

Kazoolo SportsMate provides tools to connect users and organize sports activities. Kazoolo SportsMate is not responsible for the conduct, safety, quality, legality, or outcomes of any events, activities, or interactions between users. Participation in sports activities is at your own risk.

6- Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials provided through Kazoolo SportsMate are owned by or licensed to Kazoolo SportsMate and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

7- Account Suspension and Termination

Kazoolo SportsMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in conduct that may harm the platform, its users, or third parties.

8- Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Kazoolo SportsMate does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Services.

9- Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kazoolo SportsMate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

10- Changes to Terms

Kazoolo SportsMate may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

***Kazoolo SportsMate SMS Program Terms

Program Description: Kazoolo SportsMate sends One-Time Passcode (OTP) verification messages for secure login, account actions, and occasional match alerts or sports community notifications to help users find local pickup games and teammates.You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

1. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@kazoolo.com.
2. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages on a recurring or as-needed basis (message frequency varies). If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
